Lim Cheng Lai is the founder of KLS and is the key person who led and transformed the company from a humble electrical motor wiring workshop into an established Class A, CIDB G7 M&E Contractor. Certified by the Energy Commission as a B4 33KV Chargeman and PW4 Wireman, he sets the direction of the company and leads the charge of a young and dynamic technical team.

YDM Tengku Dato’ Ardy is one of the founders of KLS and is instrumental in the company’s public and government affair liaison department. An established entrepreneur with extensive networking and excellent public relation skills, Tengku Dato’ Ardy helped build KLS into a company which is reputable amongst Government Linked Companies. He was bestowed the Darjah Kebesaran Dato’ Sultan Sharafudin Idris Shah (D.S.I.S) award in conjunction with the 67th birthday of the Sultan of Selangor in 2012. He currently also sits in the board of CB Industrial Products Bhd.

Ir. Lim graduated from UMIST (University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology), UK in 2002 and currently oversees all the projects undertaken by KLS. As a practising Professional Engineer and registered ASEAN Engineer, Ir. Lim is responsible for the overall tendering, execution and handing over all major projects. Leading an energetic and dedicated technical team, Ir. Lim undertakes to ensure all projects are completed exceeding expectations and within costing budget.

Ali Na’Azzam graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and is responsible for the business development of KLS. Equipped with strong PR skills and a vast network circle, Ali Na’Azzam is also well versed in the construction industry with more than 25 years of experience. He was nominated as the Executive Director since 2018.

Ir. Jeremy Goh joined KLS in 2014 and is a registered Professional Engineer. Currently, he is the head engineer responsible for the technical and authorities liaison aspect of all KLS projects. Graduated from UniTEN (Universiti Tenaga Nasional) with a Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Hons.) in 2013, Ir. Jeremy Goh is an experienced and technical engineer with a proven track record in managing projects.
